(6B)"existing joint sector company" means a joint sector company which is carrying on business on the date of coming into force of the West Bengal Housing Board (Amendment) Act, 1993;] [Clauses (5A), (6A), (6B), (8A) and (12A) inserted by W.B. Act 14 of 1993.]
