Section 32A(3) in Maharashtra Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Boards Act, 1965
(3)The Board shall report to the State Government such action, if any, as it has taken or proposes to take upon the results of the inspection or inquiry. Such reports shall be submitted, with the opinion of the Board thereon, within such time as the State Government may direct.
