Section 18(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1961
(1)This Act shall not apply to any establishment registered or deemed to have been registered under the Jammu and Kashmir Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 or under any other law for the time being in force relating to co-operative societies, employing less than five persons and working without the aid of power.]
