Since a previous matter pertaining to the same property
has been dealt with at the initial stage by Jayanta Kumar Biswas, J.
by an order of March 6, 2013 and since such previous petition, WP No. 168 of 2013, should now be ready for hearing, it is desirable that the present petition be heard along with WP No. 168 of 2013.
Accordingly, WP No. 20682 (W) of 2013 is released from this list with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate steps.
Affidavits-in-opposition to this petition should be filed within three weeks from date; reply thereto, if any, within a week thereafter. This direction should immediately be communicated to the respondent no. 9. The petitioners will have liberty to mention the matter before the appropriate bench after obtaining assignment, if any.
Urgent certified photocopies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
