We have gone through the record. Our attention has been drawn to letter dated 31st October, 2014 (Annexure P-1), text whereof reads as under:-

"Kindly refer to your office letter No.LGL/T12496, dated 25.08.2014 and 2619 dated 1.10.2014 and 2666 dated 22.10.2014 on the subject cited above. It is intimated that your request has been considered and the Registration of 'Mansion House Franch Brandy in favour of M/s Allied Blenders & Distillers has been deferred."

2. Accordingly, respondent No.2-Excise & Taxation Commissioner is now directed to take a final decision within a ::: Downloaded on - 15/04/2017 17:43:47 :::HCHP 2 period of six weeks from today. He shall pass a detailed/speaking order. It is clarified by way of abandoned precaution that the Excise & Taxation Commissioner is seized of the matter in .

application preferred by respondent No.5 alone which is contested by respondent No.4.

3. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
