Heard learned advocate Mr.Digant M. Popat for the petitioners.
Learned advocate Mr.Popat submitted that the petitioners who have applied for admission with the respondent for New Media Design for Masters Course of two and half years and the name of the petitioners are in the waiting list prepared by the respondent. It was submitted that out of 19 seats, 4 seats which are reserved for various categories are not filled up and the same are vacant and in spite of the same, the petitioners are not given admission by the respondent.
Considering the above submission, issue Notice, returnable on 16th November, 2021. Direct service is permitted.
