Section 35 in Kerala Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1960
35. Review of original orders.
- There shall be a review of original orders, on application of party, by Government. There shall be only one review and application for review shall be made within a period of two months from the date of the order.Provided that Government may entertain an application made after the expiry of the said period of two months, if they are satisfied that the applicant had sufficient cause for not making the application within the period.
