Section 375(1) in Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959
(1)[The Tribunal] [Substituted by U.P. Act 24 of 1972.] shall from time to time prepare a statement showing(a)the number and grades of the members of the staff necessary for the Tribunal,(b)the salary to be paid to each member of the staff.
