Section 8(2)(i) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975

(i)to sign pay bills of the employees of the Board, working in his office and to pass for payment all travelling allowance bills, other than those of the members of the Board, its Committees and Gazetted Officers of the Board working in the Board's office;
