Section 27B(2) in Haryana Liquor Licence Rules, 1970
(2)The application shall contain the following particulars; -(i)name, parentage, complete permanent address and age of the applicant.(ii)location of premises of the proposed vend; and(iii)number and date of the treasury receipt.
