Section 142(6) in The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Rules, 1986
(6)The Pupils' Fund Advisory Committee may also give advice with regard to-(a)applications from the students, parents or guardians for exemption from the payment of any fee, subject to such limit as may be specified by the Director; or(b)any other matter which may be referred to it by the Head of the school.
