Section 16(3) in The Bihar Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1962
(3)[ The certifying surgeon shall upon request by the Chief Inspector or an Inspector, carry out such examination and furnish him with such report as he may indicate in respect of any undertaking or class of transport undertakings where-(a)a case of illness has occurred, or is reported to have occurred, which it is reasonable to believe is due to the nature of work or other conditions of work prevailing therein, or(b)an adolescent is, or is about to be, employed in any work which is likely to cause injury to his health.]
