Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Municipalities (Regulation of Sinking of Wells and Safety Measures) Rules, 2015
(1)In case of violation of any of the conditions of the permit and any of the provisions of these rules, the Executive Authority may cancel the permit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the holder of the permit.
