Section 1 in The Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel (Prevention of Malpractices in Supply and Distribution) Order, 1990
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Order may be called the Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel (Prevention of Malpractices in Supply and Distribution) Order, 1990.(2)It extends to the whole of India.(3)It shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 1990, in respect of high speed diesel and on the 1st day of January. 1981 in respect of motor spirit.
