Section 27(1) in The Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Rules, 1981
(1)The accounts of the Corporation shall be audited annually by the Auditor appointed under Subsection (2) of Section 27 any expenditure incurred in connection with such audit shall be payable by the Corporation.
