                                          JUDGMENT

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent - Bank has not taken any decision on Ext.P2 application filed by him for the benefit of One Time Settlement Scheme. The petitioner also relies on an order No.P/2730/06 dated 12.5.2006 passed by the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies (General), Kannur.

2. In the facts and circumstances of the case and in the light of the above order, it is only proper for the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application.

Accordingly, the respondent is directed to consider Ext.P2 application filed by the petitioner and take a final decision within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment as well as a copy of the order referred to above before the respondent for compliance.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
