Section 22(2) in THE MAJOR PORT AUTHORITIES ACT, 2021
(2)All port assets shall be used and developed as per the regulations made by the Board in that behalf and to the exclusion of any municipal, local or Government regulation:Provided that the manner of any contract or arrangement by the Board for sale of land or immovable property, or period and manner for lease of land or immovable property for port related use and non-port related use, shall be in such manner as may be prescribed:Provided further that the tenure for lease of land or immovable property for Public Private Partnership projects by the Board shall be subject to the policy notified by the Central Government in respect of such Public Private Partnership projects.
