(2)Section 37 the Devaswom Commissioner may, with the sanction of the Board, either appoint officers of the Deva sworn Department or a committee consisting of such officials and non-officials. (2)The Devaswom Commissioner may, with the sanction of the Board, from time to time, pass rules regularing the consistution and the duties of committee, the qualification of members and other matters connected therewith.
