Section 8(c) in The M.P. Vinirdishta Bhrashta Acharan Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1982
(c)employs or takes active help of a near relative or of any other person in a position to unduly influence the officer having authority to accept the tender, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description which may extend to three years or with fine or both.
