Section 2(m) in Chhattisgarh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2006
(m)"Institution" for the purpose of these rules, means an observation home or a special home or a children's home or a shelter home set up under section 8, 9, 34 and 37 of the said Act;
