Section 37S(a) in The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1985
(a)Transit allowance for the actual loss of poppy straw caused by loading, unloading, handling etc. during transit shall be allowed at the rate mentioned in sub-rule (b) or (c) given below. The basis of computation shall be the actual quantity of poppy straw transported or exported.
