Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ/Order/
Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the
Respondents in not considering the Representation dated 18.10.2019 and 25.06.2020
respectively of the petitioner for conducting enquiry against the illegal acts of the Respondents 4
to 12 as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, contrary to rules in G.O.Ms.No.1060 dated
24.10.1989 besides violation of Art.14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the
Respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry against the activities of the Respondents 4 to 12
pursuant to representation dated 18.10.2019 and 25.06.2020 respectively of the petitioner
forthwith.

IA NO: 1 OF 2020:

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit
filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to enquire into the
activities and allegations against the Respondents 4 to 12 against the interests of TTD pursuant
to representation dated 18.10.2019 & 25.06.2020 respectively of the petitioner forthwith,
pending disposal of WP No. 14432 of 2020 on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed
herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Srinivasulu Kurra, Advocate for the Petitioner,
G.P. for Endowments for the Respondent No.1 and of Sri Maddi Suri Babu -- S.C. for the
Respondents 2 & 3, the Court made the following

ORDER:

" The petitioner has sought the interim prayer for an enquiry into the activities of respondent Nos.4 to 12 on the basis of representation dated 18.10.2019 and 25.06.2020.

In the circumstances, there shall be a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2019 and 25.06.2020 in relation to the activities of respondent Nos.4 to 12 and in the event of any enquiry being conducted by the respondents/ Devasthanam, the same shall be conducted only after appropriate notice and opportunity being given to respondent Nos.4 to 12. The entire excise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order.
