From the perusal of the petition, particularly the memo of the parties, it transpires that this petition has been filed jointly by the complainant as well as the accused. It would, therefore, be in the fitness of things if petitioner No.3 is transposed as respondent No.3.
Though the application has been made for transposition of petitioners 1 & 2 as respondents, but that would not be appropriate and in consonance with law.
Be that as it is, application is allowed. Instead of petitioners 1 & 2, petitioner No.3 is transposed as respondent No.3.
List on 27.12.2021. In the meanwhile, Mr. Dar, Sr.AAG may file status report in the matter.
