Section 17(2) in The Energy Conservation (Partial Risk Guarantee Fund for Energy Efficiency) Rules, 2016
(2)The participating financial institution shall as far as possible ensure that the conditions of any contract relating to an account covered under the Partial Risk Guarantee Fund for Energy Efficiency rules are not in conflict with the provisions of the Partial Risk Guarantee Fund for Energy Efficiency rules but notwithstanding any provision in any other documents or contract, the participating financial institution shall in relation to the Partial Risk Guarantee Fund for Energy Efficiency be bound by the conditions imposed under the Partial Risk Guarantee Fund for Energy Efficiency rules.
