Section 44(1) in The Tamil Nadu Catering Establishments Rules, 1959
(1)After the period of preservation specified in [rule 43] [Substituted by S.R.O. No. A-1/76, dated the 3Oth December, 1975.], the registers, returns and records shall be destroyed either by tearing or by burning in the presence of the head of the office.
