Section 16(2) in The Rajasthan Control Of Goondas Act, 1975
(2)Notwithstanding the repeal of the said Ordinance under sub-section (1), anything done or any action taken or any rules made under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken or made under this Act.
