Section 5(x) in Allotment of Sites on Lease-hold basis to Auto Spare Part Dealers and Auto Repair Mechanics in Chandigarh Scheme, 1996
(x)If the applicant fails to communicate his refusal to accept the allotment within 30 days and also fails to deposit 15 per cent of the premium under sub-clause (vii), the Estate Officer may forfeit the whole or part of the earnest money.
