Learned counsel for both the parties jointly submitted that there are chances of amicable settlement between the parties, hence records of this case may be sent to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court for taking appropriate steps and efforts towards settlement.

As prayed, the records are being transferred to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court where both the parties shall appear on 23rd March, 2020 at 11:00 A.M., thereafter efforts will be taken to amicably resolve their dispute.

Let a report in this regard be submitted within a period of six weeks from today.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7550 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 In the meantime, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. C2451/2018 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. at Motihari, East Champaran.
