Mahamariamman Temple situated at Chittilarai Village, Musiri Taluk,
Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated

ORDER
This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents Nos.1 to 3 to grant permission and protection to the 4th respondent to conduct the tonsuring ceremony (Nerthikadan) on 06.07.2022 in pursuant to the ceremony of Arulmighu Shri Mahamariamman Temple situated at Chittilarai Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2022.
2.This Court by order, dated 01.07.2022 in W.P(MD)No.13900 of 2022 directed the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner therein, with regard to the worship and for conducting tonsuring ceremony alone. Therefore, this Writ Petition is not maintainable. The petitioner shall give a fresh representation before the third respondent, with regard to the rights of the temple and the third respondent is hereby directed to consider the same.

3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands closed.
