Section 239(1) in The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002
(1)When any animal, food, drink, drug, utensil or vessel is seized under sub-section (2), of section 238, it may be, destroyed by the officer, making the seizure with the consent of the owner or the person in whose possession it was found.
