Section 2(g) in Mizoram (Finance and Accounts Service) Rules, 1991
(g)'Member of the Service' means a person appointed in a substantive capacity to any grade of the Mizoram Finance and Accounts Service and includes a person appointed on probation to the Mizoram Finance and Accounts Service in accordance with these rules;
