Section 2(n) in Andhra Pradesh Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011
(n)'Working Standard' means the set of standard weight or measure which is made or manufactured by or on behalf of the Central or State Government for the verification of any standard weight or measure, other than a national prototype or national or reference or secondary standard.
