Section 20(1) in The Dadra and Nagar Haveli Panchayat Regulation, 2012
(1)As soon as may be, on the first meeting of the Gram Panchayat, every member thereof and Sarpanch and Upa-Sarpanch shall take the oath of office before such officers as the Administrator may specify, in the form set out in the First Schedule.
