130. Regulation of the use of mike and other sound systems in public places.
- The District Superintendent of Police or any officer not below the rank of Assistant/ Deputy Superintendent of Police may regulate the time and the volume at which mike and other sound systems are used in connection with any performances and other activities in or near streets or any public place that cause annoyance to the residents of the neighbourhood.
