At the time of hearing of these appeals, ld. Counsel for the assessee submitted that on the instruction of the assessees, he wish to withdraw all these appeals. In token of having 'withdrawn' these appeals, the ld. Counsel for the assessee has put his signature on the grounds of appeal. Therefore, he requested that assessee may be allowed to withdraw these appeals.
2. The ld. D/R has not objected to the withdrawal of these appeals.
3. We have heard both the representatives of the parties. The assessee is allowed to withdraw these appeals. We, therefore, dismiss all these appeals of the assessee as withdrawn.
4. In the result, appeals of the assesses are dismissed.
