Section 21(3) in Telangana Exhibition of Films On Television Screen Through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Act, 1993
(3)Nothing in the [Telangana Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955 (Act IV of 1955)] [Re-enacted in Andhra Pradesh Act VI of 1956 and adapted in G.O.Ms.No.17, Energy (Budget) Department, dated 31.05.2016.]. shall apply to exhibition of film on television screen through video cassette recorders.
