Section 3(11)(c) in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storage Licensing Rules, 1993

(c)Bags shall during the period of storage be shuffled twice in such a way that the bag kept at the bottom of stack shall be kept on the top and the bags shall for the first time within 45 days, for the second time within 90 days from the date of storage of agricultural produce, be shuffled.
