Section 424(iii) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957
(iii)The memorandum, whether it is drawn up by the Sub Divisional Officer himself or by the other officer, will be submitted as early as possible to the Collector f or approval. After it has been approved, it will be returned to the Sub Divisional Officer concerned who will so arrange his tour as to enquire into all the points noted in the memorandum.
