Per R.K. PANDA, AM :
This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order dated 30-03- 2011 of the CIT -II, Pune relating to assessment year 2006-07.
2. The learned counsel for the assessee at the time of hearing filed a petition seeking withdrawal of the appeal, the contents of which read as under :
"We, the appellant company hereby request(s) your permission to withdraw the above referred appeal filed against order us/263 of CIT- II, dt. 30-03-2012".
Learned D.R. has no objection to the withdrawal of the appeal. In view of the same, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as Withdrawn. 2
3. In the result, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed. Pronounced in the Open court at the time of hearing itself, i.e., on 15th June 2012.
