Section 9(3)(i) in The Insecticides Rules, 1971

(i)The license [* * *] [Deleted 'and any certificate of renewal' by Notification No. G.S.R. 840(E), dated 5.11.2015 (w.e.f. 30.10.1971).] shall be kept on the approved premises and shall be produced for inspection at the request of an Insecticide Inspector appointed under the Act or any other officer or authority authorised by the licensing officer.
