                                                           ORDER

Today, when the matter is listed for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, after filing of writ petition, the Superintendent of Police, Cuddalore has passed final orders and hence, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

2. Inview of the submission made by the counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infrctuous. No costs.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner, if so advised, to challenge the said order, in a manner known to law.
