Section 20 in West Bengal Inland Fisheries Rules, 1985
20. Associate member.
In addition to the members referred to in rule 17 a fish production group may also include not more than two persons as associate members who shall have a right to attend a meeting of the group but shall not have right to vote in any such meeting.
