Section 1 in The Himachal Pradesh, Registration of Money-Lenders' Act, 1976
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Registration of Money-lenders' Act, 1976.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force at once.
