Section 22(2) in Bombay Primary Education Act, 1947
(2)The appointment of such Administrative Officer shall be made after inviting and considering the suggestions, if any, of the municipal school board and with the approval of the [State] Government. No such officer shall, save with the previous sanction of the [State] Government, be removed from his office, reduced or suspended except by a resolution passed by at least, two-thirds of the whole number of Councillors of the authorised municipality.
