(6)Where the security required to be furnished under sub-section (5) is not furnished within the prescribed period such goods shall be disposed of in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.Explanation. - For the purposes of this section, "goods vehicle" shall include a motor vehicle, vessel, boat, animal and any other form of conveyance.
