Section 27(i) in The Bengal Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Rules, 1946
(i)wilful insubordination or disobedience, whether alone or in combination with others, to any lawful or reasonable order of a superior, including the order to work overtime in accordance with the provisions of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), or any other law ;
