G.S.R. 678(E), dated 12th November, 1991 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 read with section 19 and section 20-of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of1984), the Veterinary Council of India with the previous approval of the Central Government here by makes the following regulations, namely :-
