Section 9(xii) in Andhra Pradesh School Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission Act, 2019
(xii)in case of successive violations of any provision of this Act, Rules and Regulations made thereunder, the Commission shall direct the appropriate authority to withdraw the affiliation or recognition of such institutions.
