15. Exercise through others of powers conferred on Court.
- The Court may exercise all or any powers conferred on it by this Act through the Commissioners of the Divisions and the Collectors of the districts in which any part of the property of [a ward] [Substituted by Act 4 of 1940.] may he situated, or through any other person whom it may appoint for such purpose.Delegation of powers. - The Court may [xxx] [Omitted by B & O Act 3 of 1916.] from time to time delegate any of its powers to such Commissioners or Collectors or other person as aforesaid, and may at any time [xxx] [Omitted by B & O Act 3 of 1916.] revoke such delegation.
