Section 11(1) in The Rajasthan Subordinate Co-Operative Service (Class I) Rules, 1955
(1)that if a candidate would have been entitled in respect of hi.s age to appear at the examination in any year in which no such examination was held, he shall be deemed to be entitled in respect of his age to appear at the next following examination;
